Job description
- Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within own job family and knowledge of other related job families
- Providing leadership to individuals at different levels of capability & confidence (e.g. choosing to be directive versus delegating)
- Supervising a team of employees and associates for their performance, and coaching them in their development
- Identifying and betting on key talent and managing poor performance on a case by case basis
- Strengthening engagement and culture for a diverse group
- Applies in-depth understanding of how own discipline integrates within the segment/function
- As a leader, you need to be able to clearly and succinctly explain to your employees everything from organizational goals to specific tasks
- Inspire the employees to go the extra mile for their organizations
- Leads multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources
- Demonstrates effective delegation, positive attitude, and creativity
- Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems using structured approach and proven problem-solving techniques
