A. Identification Job title : FTM BLR Internship
B. Accountabilities The Jobholder is responsible for the deliverables and accountabilities as defined under main activities by the respective trade/department domain heads.
C. Dimensions There is no team or budget responsibility linked to this position.
D. Main activities
- Engineering: Data collection and analysis of the delays and defects Reviewing the Technical publications such as AD, SB, and VSBs Coordinating with various FTM (CAMO) divisions for smooth induction/acceptance of the major assemblies such as landing gear, Engines, etc. Basic data review/collection from component shop reports (SFR) & other miscellaneous projects Defining and maintaining customer aircraft configuration data in ERP / MIS Supporting the ARC and CMR-related documents preparation and standardization of the associated processes Updation of structural damage/repair data in the required reporting templates WGR management & data sanity checks. Managing Engineering Statistical Report (ESR) Creating and managing RCP reports for all FTM contracts Review and preparation of the AMP / OMP Supporting trade engineers on day-to-day engineering functions
- Technical Records Based at the FHS-TSP Central site, FHS-TSP Technical Recorder Intern will associate with managing the following activities: Review for completeness of all maintenance and operational documentation (including maintenance checks, work orders, and Technical LogBook…). Continuously input data into AFHS Maintenance Information System (MIS). Ensuring that the records are maintained and updated to the highest quality standard in both documentation and in the Maintenance Information System (MIS) with regard to Continuing Airworthiness Management. Internship Job Description Provides Technical support for Aircrafts Induction/Leasing/Re-delivery and Airworthiness Review. Compilation/amendment of aircraft configuration control documents: AD/SB/EO Compliance file. Back to birth file for Engine, APU, Propeller, Landing gear llps. Aircraft Inspection Report components file, HTC file, Structure file Original documents folder (Delivery docs). Maintenance summary status reports, Last done next due (LDND) tasks as per approved AMP. Contribute to Kardex configuration update activity. Address quality findings on Technical records and launch necessary actions towards the various actors (MRO, MOC-MCC, Technical Services…) to align documentation and MIS content. Actively reports safety-related issues and any other FTM-related issues, and in relation, participates in the whole process of finding a resolution to avoid future reoccurrence. Guaranteeing an excellent level of service with the local teams in charge of the interface with the customer.
- Maintenance Planning Based at the FHS-TSP Central site, the FHS-TSP Maintenance Planner intern will associate in managing the following activities: Remotely overseas customer’s A/C fleet maintenance planning on several bases Closely coordinates with TSP Local team to ensure efficient planning and on time performance of maintenance in Line Maintenance or Base Maintenance. Ensures that the maintenance activities are in compliance with the customer’s approved maintenance program. Processes customer work requirements. Manages Long Term Planning and Base Maintenance Work Packages Maximizes effective maintenance task interval accomplishment, while ensuring compliance with customer and airworthiness requirements. Prepares and generates Maintenance Planning related reports and status. Monitors maintenance status and modifications in work to ensure all targets are met. Safeguards the airworthiness and safety of the customer’s fleet through strictly controlled and well-scheduled maintenance events to keep the aircraft to the highest industry standard. Develops effective and efficient maintenance packages with appropriate control and progress planning to ensure smooth on-time compliance of maintenance tasks. Guarantees that the Maintenance Information System meets a quality standard necessary to ensure the Airworthiness of the fleet. Actively reports safety-related issues and any other FTM-related issues, and in relation, participates in the whole process of finding a resolution to avoid future recurrence. Guaranteeing an excellent level of service with the local teams in charge of the interface with the customer.
- E. Job Requirement Minimum degree holder in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or AME BAMEEC (Basic Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s Examination certificate) Holder in B1/B2 Stream. Basic knowledge of PART M and PART 145. Basic Computer knowledge Excellent team player with good communication and interpersonal skills F. Duration : 6 months
