Job Description and Qualifications

• Developing Plot plan and Equipment Layout.
• Performing external model review with the client.
• Also performing internal model reviews and resolving design issues with subordinates and clients.
• Routing studies of critical lines and piping for Column, Vessel, Pump, AFC, Heat Exchanger, Compressor, Pipe Rack, Tank Farm and Cooling Tower etc.
• Providing cost-effective solutions for critical and complex problems. Incorporating value engineering in the project.
• Preparation and checking of deliverables like plot plan, nozzle orientation drawing, GA, indices, isometric drawing, and Material take-off.
• Preparation and checking of civil information drawing for loading data of pipe rack, Technological Structure, Platform, and Local Support etc.
• Interdisciplinary comments on another relevant discipline document.
• Closely monitor stress analysis requirements and review the stress analysis activity schedule.
• Experienced in Support Selection and Special Support Design.
• Coordination with various disciplines like Process, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil and structural, Project, etc. Vendor drawing review (Mechanical, Instrument) and attending vendor coordination meetings. Familiar with National and International Codes and Standards like ASME, API, OISD, NFPA, BS, MSS SP, etc.
• Proficient in 3D modeling (Piping, Equipment & Support modeling) using SP3d
