Position – Program Lead

Job description

• Establish clear program planning and project definition strategies including sign off and communication with a client locally
• Take ownership for negotiation and client sign off of local country resource costs
• Mobilize local country CAPEX team resource and establish local PM and supporting role structure to deliver to the client the following:
• All project and program proposals
• All project and program costings
• All project and program execution plans
• All project and program Integrity Management Plans
• All project and program fixed asset plans / changes / databases / reporting
• Lead local interface with Procurement, Design and HSSE Teams
• Establish local procurement priorities in relation to supporting the delivery of all CAPEX projects and programs
• Lead local HSSE strategy compliance and take personal ownership for the closeout of all incidents and HSSE reporting standards
• Ensure all operational and performance standards and expectations are delivered throughout the program and project’s cycle through the local CAPEX team
• Ensure delivery of all commercial monitoring, auditing and reporting activities for all projects and programs
• Manage and control the local CAPEX team through effective communication and leadership and regular performance review meetings.
• To undertake performance management for all direct staff
• To identify and manage succession
• To manage the development of people across the country team
• Feeding into stakeholders operating across all the countries which AECOM is responsible for the lesson learned and best practice
• Work with client to forecast Country CAPEX plan annually
• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy

Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 20 plus years of work experience.
• Member of Professional organizations
• 8 plus years in management
• 10 plus years of experience in Project Management
• Leadership in providing a vision, excellence in execution, motivation, and energizing people, developing people. , managing teams
• Expertise in Safety, People Management, Ethics & Compliance, Commercial Management, Business, and Customer, etc
