Job description

1. Responsible for purchase-related activities.
2. Floating inquiries to various vendors.
3. Analysis of market rate, basic knowledge of demand, and supply.
4. Able to effective negotiate with vendors and saving the maximum cost of the company.
5. Implementing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause production and financial losses.
6. Should be strong in negotiation, finalization of the new deal of rates, etc.
7. can able to handle the bulk purchasing power as per the industry needs.
8. Development of alternative local sources for imported materials which helps in cost saving.
9. Interaction with Finance and Accounts Dept. For timely payment to vendors according to negotiated terms.
10. Follow up him material vigorously with the suppliers to ensure on-time delivery to facilitate our production.
11. Streamlined order processing and order tracking system through the daily reports.
