You will be working as Production Shift Leader, reporting to Production Supervisor for Electrification business area, Smart Buildings division based in Bangalore, India. You will be responsible for cooperating with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.
Your responsibilities
- Overseeing execution of production plan, production lines, and / or facilities
- Consulting on ways to improve productivity, quality, reliability, maintainability and safety of equipment
- Identifying all issues in team and providing continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis
- Supervising effective working of production personnel and preparing effective production schedules and ensuring compliance to all company policies
- Communicating or getting feedback effectively from shop floor workers
- Overseeing execution of production plan, production lines and facilities
Your background
- Diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Minimum 0-5 years of experience in production process
- Should be able to speak local language (Kannada)
- Excellence in preparing project details for current projects and reviewing its status at each stage from initial till final delivery of product
- Should have good Communications and presentation skills
