Position – Procurement Executive

Job description

• The Candidate should be a Professional graduate (BE / B.Tech / DIP – Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrument) with 4 to 5 Years’ experience of a chemical plant.
• Education: BE / Diploma (any engineering) with 4 to 5 years in Procurement / Contracts in Chemical / Petrochemical / Refinery
• Food, Accommodation & Transportation by Candidate
• Duty Hour: 08.30 Hrs. (6 days’ weeks)
• Contract duration: 1 Year extendable.
• IT Knowledge: MS Excel, SAP, ERP
• Floating Enquiry.
• Making a comparative statement.
• MIS reports for inquiry send, offer received and order placed.
• Making Contracts, issuance of PO to all stakeholders.
• Keeping records of all POs, Advance release note, PO Closure, PO Amendments.
• Had prior working experience in the procurement dept. and on SAP/ERP.
• Good understanding of the English language.
• Good Typing speed.
• Worked in chemical / Pharma / Petro-chem / Power / Infra Sector.
