Position – Senior Business Process Management

Job description

• Continuous improvement of products, services, and project quality, and of processes effectiveness.
• Accuracy of performance measurements (Key Performance Indicators).
• Implementation within the organization of all quality system processes – ISO 9000.
• Deployment of internal audits plan.
• Insurance that ISO 9000 standard requirements are met to maintain our ISO certification.
• NCRs Management ( database and results )
• Support for the deployment of all improvement actions (related to QQQ or not), to ensure their implementation and effectiveness.
• Implementation of a training program of 8Ds.
• Define/plan and support within the Region organization all quality system processes ISO 9000.
• Implement the HYDRO Quality standard procedures in the organization. Ensure the correct implementation of the new procedures.
• Implement HYDRO Quality common tools in the organization.
• Support the process owners to define and update all quality and non-quality related procedures and processes.
• Plan, execute, and follow internal audits of the HYDRO Quality system within the organization and implement/follow with the areas the corrective actions required.
• Participate in the common training program for Quality.
• Support the Region Quality Director in the quarterly Quality reviews.
• Coordinate ISO9001 third-party certification process (preparation and participation to LRQA audits, elaboration, and follow-up of the action plan).
• Measure quality performance in the organization.
• Maintain Quality KPI’s and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Consolidate, report to and review with Region Quality Director, the quality indicators, and define actions for continuous improvement.
• Plan/conduct critical Quality system audits.
• Check, challenge the accuracy of all Functions performance KPIs.
• Update and control NCR’s database.
• Analyze NCR’s performance and identify improvements.
• Plan/Support/Coach and Train other functions and quality people to 8Ds.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Quality Management diploma or alternatively Mechanical/Electrical or Metallurgical Engineer Degree and experience in Quality Management.
• Fluent in English
• ISO 9000 standards training
• Knowledge / Experience
• Mandatory: Experience in the area.
• Office Software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint )
• Optional: Training and or certification in six sigma techniques ( Black or Green Belt )
• Action-oriented/Creativity/Motivating others/Managing and measuring work/Drive for results/Planning/Communication skills.
• Ability to Work in a team .
• Demonstrated management and leadership competencies.
