| Responsibilities & Key Deliverables | Strong expertise in engine aggregates |
| Hands on experience on : | |
| — Crank train design & calculations ( P-Theta calculations ) | |
| — Valve train design & calculations | |
| Powerpack understanding , simulation & analysis | |
| Know how related to engine durability testing i.e. Pmax / Tmax / Fleet durability | |
| Optimisation of valve timing & cam profile | |
| Bearing analysis & selection ( Basics ) | |
| Hands on experience on balancer system design & calculations | |
| Know how about silent chain drive , design & analysis | |
| Knowledge of intake / exhaust system design & optimisation for best performance / emission | |
| Understanding about CAE/FEA simulation of engine components | |
| Knowledge of DFMEA on engine & engine parts | |
| Strong knowledge of engine parts related manufacturing processes & heat treatments | |
| Knowledge of emission norms ( Domestic / Global ) | |
| Qualification | B. Tech/M.Tech – Mechanical/Automobile |
| Experience (years) | 6-10 yrs |
| Industry Preferred | Automotive R & D , preferably 2/3Wh |
