Your tasks:
- Responsible for creating FEM models (axles, transmissions)
- Static calculations with structural loads
- Evaluation of the results & Creation of reports
- Responsible for creating FEM models (axles, transmissions)
- Static calculations with structural loads
Your profile:
- BE/Btech or ME /MTech -Mechanical or Automobile with Knowledge in strength calculations & able to perform linear, non-linear, modal analysis independently & familiarity with 3D modelling (Catia, Solid-works Exp will be a plus)
- Level 2 (Extended) Simulation Engineer with experience in FEM Simulation (Mechanical) & Durability Simulation Software and Pre/Post Processing: Altair Hyper Works (necessary)
- Knowledge in programming language TCL & Python (not necessary, desirable)
- Solver: Intes PERMAS (not necessary, desirable) , Durability: Siemens SimCenter 3D (not necessary, desirable)
- Basic Knowledge in Gear Calculation & Torque Power flow in transmission/axle driveline
