Job purpose
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage your own scope of work while receiving the necessary support from your co-workers. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations while interacting with both internal and external contacts
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, and reports.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and compile information for various projects.
- Perform basic data entry and database management tasks.
- Support the team by conducting research, collecting data, and preparing presentations.
- Coordinate with suppliers to collect required data and update at the ZF Group level
- Ensure disciplined data collection, data validation, data analysis and data upload
- Collaborate with responsible purchaser/suppliers for the availability of sustainability self-assessment questionnaires
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to streamline process and improve accuracy and efficiency within operations
Qualifications
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a specialization of Mechanical or Production or Automobile.
- Overall 0-2 years of experience ideally in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Proficient with MS Suite applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience in SAP as an End user is preferred
- Fluent in English
