Job description
Role & responsibilities :
- New Component Concept & design for BEC (Bussed Electrical Center)/Fuse or Relay Box/Protector/Channel/ Trough etc.
- Report to the senior mechanical design engineers and report to the company regarding the status of each project
- Use CAD and 3D CAD programs to plan mechanical design projects
- Participate in Design Review & Validation for the New Product Development.
- Make Presentations for various requirements.
- Design and Development of plastic, Diecast, sheet metal, and Rubber Automotive Reverse Engineering, Technical Support.
- Detailing of the products for final Part and Tool manufacturing.
- Part Modeling, Surfacing, Assembly and Drafting, and Draft Analysis
- Mechanical Design Calculations.
- Document preparation like Handling Manual, Product standard, design intension
- Preparation of DFMEA & Tolerance Analysis
- Undertake continuous training and development
Preferred candidate profile :
- Diploma/B.Tech./M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering)
- 2023 pass-outs preferred
