Job description

• Job Title:- Dy. Mgr. – Tool crib
• Department:- PPOC
• Division:- Mfg. services
• Location:- Walchandnagar
• Experience:- 4-5 yrs.
• Qualification:- B.E. (Mech/Pod)

Critical Skills & Personal Attributes

• Needs expertise in tools used for the metal cutting process.
• Needs expertise in basic machining processes i.e. turning, milling, wire cutting, grinding, etc.
• Must be having experience in working with heavy machine shops.

Main responsibility

• Responsible for handling tool crib dept. independently with cost-effectiveness.
• Responsible for the handling of the workforce around 10-12 nos. operatives

Knowledge

• Knowledge of cutting tools. (Drills, inserts, cutters & grinding wheels)
• Basic knowledge of CNC machine programming
• Knowledge of conventional & CNC machining
• Good knowledge about drawing reading & geometrical tolerances
• Vendor knowledge for the supply of machine tools
• MS Office, SAP
