- SCO Warehouse India department is the Main Central warehouse for supplying spares for all Customer service and Project sites in pan India . Our aim is to deliver Spare parts to our stakeholder to operate the Service & project activity safer, smarter & better way and to be sustaining Vestas a global leader in wind energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Move inventory and materials in warehouse premises
- Process inventory for delivery
- Sort, organize and store inventory in the proper location
- Package items and label correctly
- Scan delivered items and ensure quality
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
- Stack and organize the Inventory in Racks and locations
- Remove inventory from trucks and delivery to proper location
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
- Picking & Checking / Packing of Inventory against Picking list
- Wear safety PPE’s at all times
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
- 1 years in Warehousing / Stores, Supply chain & logistics
Competencies
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a ever-growing environment
- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently
- Must follow all health and safety procedure and regulations as dictated by the organization
- Able to work night, weekends, and holidays
- Good in Safety Practice& maintain 5S in Warehouse
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals
