Engineering & Business Service Center, COO Engineering Services, COO Tooling & EAM
EAM is part of COO Engineering services department. This department has expertise in Engineering data analysis, Technical documentation, Product/ Process Quality control, Business Process, Tooling design, Test systems, Enterprise Asset Management, ERP solutions and Project management, would support Vestas global strategies through process optimization, production support, test validation, cost control and E2E Project Management. The EAM team is responsible for maintenance, asset management, spare management , quality tools management for Vestas Factories. EAM team collaborate with the factories to digitize and optimize maintenance operations to reach new level of efficiency . We impose creative solutions and drive continuous improvement culture to make Vestas vision come true. This role is part of COO Tooling & EAM team.
Responsibilities
- Support on statistical data analysis on machine down time, analyse root cause and implement corrective actions
- Support on Quality and completeness of technical deliverables like structuring new tools, work order completion, spare parts creation
- Analyse the machine efficiency & productivity of factories and provide the KPI reports to the factories on a weekly basis
- Responsible to gather necessary engineering or technical documents, specifications, drawings & calibration reports to systematize
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or allied
- 3-5 years of experience in hands-on as well as theoretical work with machine tools and Equipment maintenance
- Exposure to Factory Tools & Equipment Maintenance
Competencies
- Have a good knowledge on Factory Tools & Equipment Maintenance
- Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint & Advanced Excel using macros, pivot table, charts
- Have a high degree of flexibility and can work with limited supervision

This is a 1 year contract role under 3rd party payroll
