Position – Associate Engineer – BIM Modeler

Job description

Revit families (main focus)
Revit project modeling or model updates & corrections (architecture, MEP, and structural)
Drawing and document creation based on models or other 2D drawings

1-2 years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit (Revit families and Revit projects)
Read the Technical Submittal to understand and create the Revit Family (Content) for different Revit Discipline.
Familiarity with BIM360, or other model-sharing/coordination services
Experience with coordination tools such as Navisworks to analyze clashes is required.
Must have good written & verbal communication in English
Active user of MS Office incl. Excel (A), Word (A), PowerPoint (A)
Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor is plus
Experience in working in multi-disciplinary teams is plus
If a candidate has electrical background experience in the following is plus:
- Lighting calculation, type of lighting, and knowing how to organize lighting in space
- Familiarity with cable tray equipment, type and layout creation
- Creation of electrical installation layout drawings
If a candidate has HVAC background experience in the following is plus:
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment types
- Creation of HVAC layout drawings
Technical/practical skills: analytical, assessment, organizational
