- Position- Supplier Quality Documentation engineer
- Nature of Work- Quality Documentation (Quality Officers).
- Reporting to: (Deputy supplier quality manager / India).
- Verifying all required documents that have been received globally by the supplier
- Inspect the content of the document as per requirements and upload them into the system
- Communicate with suppliers concerning missing documents and report missing documents as document delivery errors
- Analysis of failed parts, reported and investigated.
- To Co-ordinate with Suppliers and Third-party inspection agencies to assign inspection calls and follow-ups.
- Arrange the BV inspection for the India region
- Inspection of supplier Pre-qualification certificates
- Intimation about the revision of procedure to supplier
- Global sample evaluation
- TPI Inspection invoicing verification of inspection data and cost confirmation booking in the system
Key results Area:
- Reduced Document claims from Plant
- Claims analysis and Plan corrective action
- Continual Improvement in the document system
- On time Inspection at the supplier site.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification –Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering – Mechanical or production engineering
- Communicate proficiently verbally and written in English.
- Professional Experience- 1-3 years in manufacturing industry.
- Awareness about root cause analysis/problem-solving, 8D,etc
