Position – Utility Engineer – Mechanical

Salary – ₹ 50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
Location – Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad

Job description

1. Plan, organize the Utility dept. day-to-day operations.
2. Allocate resources efficiently and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
3. Decision-making & problem-solving.
4. Collect & analyze data to optimize downtime & waste.
5. Plan, organize, direct & run new Capacity enhancement, Energy savings, and Improvement projects.
6. Evaluate Operational Safety risk & implement solutions to eliminate/ minimize risk. Zero tolerance to Accident.
7. Employment Type: Permanent Job, Full Time

Qualification & Skills

• BE/ BTech in Mechanical
• Proven experience of min. 2 – 5 years as Utility Shift Engineer in Dairy/ Food or Similar Industry.
• Should have hands-on experience in Operation & troubleshooting of Air Compressor / Ammonia Screw Compressor, Cold Stores, Water cooling towers, Evaporative condensers, Water treatment plant ( SW & RO), ETP, Boiler, etc.
• Should be able to manage spare parts requirement & inventory management.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred & able to maintain records of ISO 9000/22000.
