Description
- Operate Pouching 3D Machine Machine efficiently according to pre-defined production and waste targets.
- To produce only good pouches/bags which are approved by quality department and meet the specified quality norms in the job’s specification.
- Identify the problems if arises in the machine, communicate the same to the shift in charge and get it rectified with minimum loss of productive time in coordination with maintenance team.
- Responsible to maintain the machine health, following the set industrial safety, food safety and personal hygiene compliance in the work area while machine operation.
- Accountable to maintain daily input, output reconciliation of consumed RM and produced pouches/bags by end of his shift.
- Responsible for following the rules set by plant HR for plant entry & exist, Disciplinary acts.
- Maintain and encourage a clean and safe environment
Qualifications
- Diplopma in Mechanical
