Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our Research and Development (R&D) Department at our Madurai location. The selected candidate will be part of the R&D Testing team, contributing to the development and testing of cutting-edge tyre technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing and Evaluation: Conduct various tests on prototype tires to assess performance, durability, and safety parameters.
- Data Analysis: Analyze test results and collaborate with the R&D team to provide insights and recommendations for product improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of testing procedures, results, and observations for future reference and continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, quality assurance, and production teams, to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain testing equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability in test results.
- Innovation: Contribute ideas and insights to enhance testing methodologies and procedures, keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of testing procedures, equipment, and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic R&D environment.
