Position – Shift Manager Mechanical Maintenance

Location – BUDHNI, MP, India
- Inventory control of Mechanical Spares & Maintenance cost.
- To ensure zero breakdowns and 100% preventive maintenance of machines.
- Zero reoccurrences of failures.
- Coordination & follow up with key external vendors and maintenance consultants.
- Co-ordination with Process for the planning of mechanical jobs.
- Take new initiatives for improving Uptime of Machine & OEE improvements.
- Execution of mechanical activities within budgeted expenses.
- Subordinate Development & training on the worlds best maintenance practices.
- SAP & TPM Module on Preventive Maintenance of Machine, Shift Handling, Man Power Plaining, TPM Work of Maintenance Zone.
