Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Engineer to join our dynamic Manufacturing Operations team. The role will be assigned based on the specific needs of the organization, with a primary focus on roles within Production, Planning, and Process. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering fundamentals and will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Production Planning:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production schedules.
- Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and meet production targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams for timely material acquisition.
- Process Improvement:
- Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization to improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams to implement new technologies and methodologies.
- Technical Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation related to manufacturing processes.
- Ensure that engineering drawings, specifications, and procedures are up-to-date and accessible.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Production Engineering/ Metallurgy.
- Tier 1 & 2 Engineering College Freshers 2023 Passed out with minimum 75% marks without any backlogs will be preferred 0 to 1 years of Industry experience in production/process will be an added advantage.
- Ability to read, understand, and create technical drawings
