Incumbent would be responsible for Production output, Safety, Discipline, Attendance, Absenteeism and Total Shift activity

Handling of dedicated production activities/subcontract activities. Providing daily production.
Plate cutting knowledge, bus body fabrication, and industrial racking fabrication will be preferred.
Ensure the total loading operations are carried out as per the plan in a shift.
Meeting the target of shipment as per the priorities set from time to time by monitoring the activities of checkers and operators.
Verifying and confirming the shipper details while vehicles are being loaded in a shift.
Monitoring the attendance of workmen in the shift and work allotment as per plan
Strictly follow the priority (Jobs or Part marks) while loading
Verifying the jobs before loading
Ensuring the phase-wise closing of the jobs as planned
Should leave the work spot only after the reliever takes charge
Educating the operators and chakkars towards priority items

Age Range: 24-30 years
Understanding the priority requirements
Should be able to meet the targets set from time to time
Manage the workmen and educate them on the requirements of the job
Go-getter, good at communication, influencing and convincing skills, good at People Management
