Positions 05 Nos (1 each in Chassis, HV EV , CV B&T, EV Mechatronics and E&E aggregates)
Location Pune

Qualification B.E. / B.Tech. ( Mechanical /Automobile/ E&E)
Relevant Experience 2 to 3 Years
The selected consultant will be required to support for
- To create Foundation DFMEA• To review program DFMEA for Systems/sub-systems.
- To Raise/close CIBs for systems / componentsâ
- Occurrence prevention for system Field failures as per plan
- DFMEA digitization through e -DFMEA• Field failure Data analysis
- To Support DFMEA lead in the review of system/sub-system/component DFMEAs and raise/close CIBs and ensure the overall quality of the CIB process
- To support DFMEA lead in Occurrence Prevention for field failures
- To support DFMEA lead for digitization initiatives in Quality Analytics
- Work with CFT to analyze the QIB/MiNT issues and update DFMEA accordingly
- Effective data management and retrieval
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
- Exposure to chassis/ High voltage (HV – e.g HV battery, Motor, MCU, etc.) / B&T / Mechatronics (e.g. – A BS, ESP, EPAS, Airbag, etc.)/ E&E (e.g. ADAS, Autonomous Vehicle, Connected vehicle) system/subsystem /Components of Electric Vehicles
- Knowledge of Automotive Chassis/ HV/ B&T/ Mechatronics/ E&E systems/sub systems
- Failure mode analysis, Analytical skill, Project co-ordination, Good communication skill, Presentation skill
- PLM, Teamcenter, MINT system, Functional safety ISO 26262, Matlab Simulink, Software Failure mode avoidance
- Experience in the Automotive domain
