As Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for solving of engineering problems, developing designs/tools, and supporting solutions that address a range of business needs including portals, workflow, forms, collaboration sites, document management, or business intelligence/reporting. In addition, the candidate would also be responsible for the Automation of Model Drawings, BOMs, Process improvements, and other related engineering duties to meet customer project requirements. Also, ensuring compliance with codes & industry regulations.
As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical advice to team members and customers on best practices for SharePoint Online / Power Platform development
- Analyzing excel and visual basic scripts to understand the business requirements, converting these macros-based excel documents into a modern low code solution using secure repeatable patterns.
- Assessing suitability for solutions in SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Designing solutions based on established patterns and best practices for SharePoint integration with other Microsoft products
- Designing, developing, customizing team sites, libraries, lists, views, and workflows
- Providing support and guidance to users on SharePoint and Power Platform features and functionalities
- Assisting in driving the adoption of cloud solutions using the Power Platform
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Have Minimum 4 years of experience in product design, development, or application engineering
- Have Minimum 2 years of experience in PowerApps Platform with PL100 Certification.
