Key Responsibilities

To carry out the CAD design as per requirement.
Check adequacy of input data taking into account the constraints for project planning.
Create or modify 3D model taking into account the environment of design, guarantee rules of design / consultation / validation by partners.
Ensure robustness by taking of account constraints of architecture, process, as well as reference frames of partners.
Integrate 3D/2D data in the digital model with guarantee of positioning of the component and its fixings. Checking the presence of all the elements to ensure design approval, release, and officialization.
Timely updation of work progress track sheet, Ensure On time delivery (OTD) & First Time Right (FTR)

Key Skillset

Good knowledge of CATIA V5 or V6
Experience & knowledge of PLM Tools – 3D Experience (ENOVIA)
Exposure to automotive engineering and design.
Knowledge of air intake Systems:
Engine intake air cleaner assembly integration in the vehicle considering DFA, DFS.
Design of dirty side and clean side hoses, ducts, mounting brackets, and isolators.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

B.E., in Mechanical or Production or Industrial Engineering Post Diploma / Diploma in Mechanical or Production or Industrial Engineering
Experience-2-5 Years
