Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Should be well versed with different models of WTGs, Hands on experience in handling OMS WTG Sites with capacity of more than 200 MW
Desired Candidate Profile
- Achieve operational performance with main focus on:
- Targeted Machine availability for site and Machine Availability
- Grid and Substation availability
- Optimized Material consumption
- Higher MTBF
- Transmission loss as per Contractual commitment
- KVRH (Reactive Power) as per Contractual commitment
- Schedule maintenance within +/- 5 days of the plan
- Ensure 0 Human and WTG incident
- Endure effective and timely MIS and Reporting – Daily Generation Report data to Customer, 100% data maintenance in SAP, SC-SCADA (100% data integrity), iCRMS
- Stabilization of new WTGs – Turbine connectivity within the stipulated period, Achieve COD within the stipulated period
- Employee Engagement initiatives at Sites
- Skill enhancement of team members
- Response to Customer query within the specified time
- Diploma/ BE/ BTech in Mechanical/ Electrical
