- We have an urgent opening for the position of Engineer / Executive – Design & Development with Zenith Industrial Rubber Products – Dombivli, Thane.
- No. of Positions – 01
- Experience – 01 – 03 Years from Rubber Industry.
- CTC Offered – 2.0 to 2.5 LPA
- Candidate only from Rubber Industry is preferred.
Description
- Design the Profile Cross – Section / Product Assembly Drawing as per customer requirement and controlled drawing updates and release on Shop Floor
- Design the Extrusion Die, Mold, Tool and Jig / Fixture as suitable to product manufacturing.
- Responsible for Daily Progress Report and Project completion as schedules.
- Customer drawing / Sample feasibility preparation and accordingly submit sample
- Prepare and update the product BOM.
- Follow up with the supplier for job work to be done within time.
- Responsible for New Tool validation / rectification and maintenance as per time line plan.
- Stabilize the extrusion and molding production process parameter.
- Responsible for Tool breakdown and scrap due to tool and cost saving into tool development.
- Responsible for Manpower utilization, work allotment, fuidence to operator and workers.
- Solve the production related issues and improve for smoother production.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and wants and how to most effectively meet those needs from production point of view
Education Background:
- Diploma / BE with Engineering or equivalent.
