Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing, Planning, monitoring &Execution of MEP work within design & BOQ specifications.
- Installation & commissioning of Plumbing, Fire fighting system, STP, WTP, HVAC, Lifts & other work required for Fire NOC & OC.
- Installation & commissioning of Substation, HT/LT Panels, Transformer,DG sets, bus duct, rising main, Meter board panels, conducting, wiring, fire alarm system & other internal low side & high side electrical work
- MEP BOQ preparation, drawings review, Budgeting, work order amendments & billing .
- Planning the work efficiently ensuring timely and quality execution of work .
- Review & coordinate for approval of BOQ, GFC/GA & shop drawings.
- Verification & Billing of MEP contractors bills.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have worked with a Real Estate company.
- Exposure of managing multiple sites preferably Commercial.
- Should have B.Tech(Mech/Elec) degree
- Comfortable with Gurugram Location
