Job description

• To Conduct product & process audit of tractor.
• Monitor & improve quality parameters traveler card RPH, gate audit RPH.
• To Monitor CVL & Resolution of critical ORC issues.
• Support customer quality for analysis of field issues & implementation of new projects
• Prepare quality MIS and attend ORC meetings.
• Tractor defects analysis and root cause identification.
• Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
• Should preferably have knowledge of tractor components, its operations & applications.
• Sound knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, 7 QC Tools, Control Plan. Analytical skills, Drawing interpretation.
• Documentation knowledge under TS16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 and TPM will be preferable.
• Knowledge of new product handling (New model production process)

Experience – 3 to 5 years in Automobile industry working in Quality Assurance

Educational Qualifications – Diploma / BE Mechanical in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering

Knowledge & Skills

• Should preferably have knowledge of tractor components, its operations & applications.
