This is your role. What part will you play?

• You should have core knowledge of R&D Project Procurement.

Tasks/ Responsibilities

Procurement function:

• Identify probable sustainable supplier in Market.
• Evaluation of supplier based on Competitiveness in cost, Quality & delivery.
• Initiation of NDA (Non-Disclosure document) with probable vendor.
• Floating RFQ to probable supplier with required techno-commercial details.
• Study and evaluate costing inline with Target cost from Project Team
• To check Compliance of Material with legal regulation.
• Techno-commercial comparison of Various supplier offer
• Purchase order creation against approved costing document.
• Procurement Tracking updation and closure of open topics
• Ensuring GRN and Invoice booking in System.
• Resolution of Supplier Payment topics.

Project management:

• Leading, planning and preparing of Procurement project meetings.
• Inviting internal Meetings with Project Management and give updates on open topics
• Inviting supplier Meeting and identify bottleneck and resolve to achieve target delivery date.
• Preparing and sharing MOM with supplier by end of the meeting and close follow up on closure of open topics.
• Maintaining Procurement MIS and controlling on Inventory

Requirements profile

Expertise

• Graduate in Engineering Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical
• Knowledge in electronic Products and supplier base.
• Good communication skill.
