Position Description:
Description:
- To ensure the quality of the final product in line with the quality standard and record concerns in the register.
- To prepare, maintain, and analyze line rejection and take appropriate action to reduce
- To decide and maintain the line rejection parts and their disposal as per the timeline
- To suggest modifications/improvements in the manufacturing process and fixtures.
- To carry out analysis of defects on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, and their recording and follow-up for corrective actions.
- To prepare and submit line quality data to the quality In charge and participate in problem-solving analysis and corrective actions initiatives
- To participate in internal complaints corrective & preventive actions.
- To control line rejection and take effective measures to control the cost of poor quality.
- To maintain & update quality records related to process inspection, systematically to ensure easy traceability
- Other specific requirements and functions as defined in the Procedure manual.
- Ensure the effective implementation of MSES related & QMS activities
- To adhere all laid down quality systems
Any other task assigned from time to time
