Your new role – is challenging and future-oriented

• a diploma and 5-8 years of manufacturing experience, or a BE in mechanical engineering and 3–5 years of manufacturing experience
• exposure to a heavy-duty CNC machine shop, production scheduling, and basic manufacturing operations management.
• understanding of procedures, tools, and CNC machine programming.
• Skills for leadership.
• have experience with heavy-duty CNC machines and have understanding of 2D and 3D programming
• ensures compliance with established production standards, methods, and processes.
• identifies manufacturing priorities based on defined production hours and contributes to the production planning activities.
• creates and implements strategies for performance assessment and improvement.
• suggests process upgrades and puts in place technical infrastructure.
• studies of time and motion are carried out, and time standards are derived for production calculations.
