Roles & Responsibilities:

• UG NX CAM/CAM and Catia knowledge is required
• able to design phases for the production of an aero structural component.
• familiar with the machining of aeronautical components and special process planning
• Able making CNC programmes for aerospace components
• sound familiarity with cutting tools
• capable of comprehending DRWG
• Vericut Simulation expert
• capable of comprehending NC codes.
• understanding of the shop floor
• individual project management
• technical assistance while operating parts on the shop floor.
• good at reading DRWGs and GD&T
• should be able to communicate well

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• UG CAM and Catia CAM
• Vericut
• Editor Cimco
• choosing a cutting tool
• familiarity with fixture idea design
• shop floor expertise

Desired Skills:

• UG CAD/CAM, Catia CAD/CAM
• Vericut
• Editor Cimco
