- Candidate must possess Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of various tools & Techniques used in production systems.
- Must have hands-on experience in MOST & Basic MOST certification is preferred.
- Must have knowledge in preparation of RFQ, Technical discussion with vendor & awareness about Installation & Commissioning.
- Must have hands-on experience in Layout preparation, Modification & periodic updating with software such as AutoCAD.
- Preference will be given if availed any certification in Lean Manufacturing.
- Must have knowledge about Workstation arrangement & Ergonomic study.
- Must have implemented Productivity improvement projects.
- Must possess awareness about Industry Manufacturing 4.0 with the latest automation tools & Techniques.

- Knowledge acquired in 2-5 years in Industrial Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
