Your profile
- Should be B.E/ B Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
- Having Basic Knowledge about the Recip Compressor and its components.
- Minimum 4 Year experience in same kind of field.
- Basic commercial knowledge
- Having good planning and presentation skill
Your responsibilities
- To support the services by managing and keeping all technical reports receiving from FSR and Clients.
- Data Entry (Utilization Hours) in Primavera web tool and SAP
- SAP Knowledge
- Draft Invoice Raising for Services and forwarding to Finance team
- Inter Department Co-ordination
- Co-ordination with FSRs and provide Back Office Support
- PR creation and follow up for Job order with inter department.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and other MS World.
- MIS Report preparation
- Present the FS Data in terms of Order, New Opportunity, Execution, Payment received to the FS Management
- WBS Creation
- SO Creation
