Job description
A Snapshot of Your Day
- CNC- Engineer would be responsible for complete machining and programming activity including proving out new components. He would be required to meet productivity targets.
- Independently operate CNC machines e.g. VTLHMC, working in shifts
- Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery.
- Carry out inspection and measurement of the component as per specification.
- Strictly adhering to safety procedures and regulations
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Proving out new components on the Machine
- Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures, and tooling
- To meet delivery and productivity targets.
- Responsible for meeting all quality requirements. Perform quality control checks and record readings.
What You Bring
- Diploma in mechanical engineering
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
