Roles and Responsibilities

1. Achieve Zero PPM at Customer End.
2. To take effective countermeasure on customer concerns.
3. Customer Liaisoning and maintain a good relationship with customers.
4. Ensure the Customer Specific Requirements compliances.
5. Coordinate with the Plant team to achieve the customer requirements.
6. Report the customer issues to the Plant Quality Manager on time to resolve the problem immediately.
7. Monitor the stock level at the warehouse and customer end.
8. Ensure FIFO at the warehouse.

Education- B.Tech/B.E. in Automobile, Mechanical

2. To maintain warranty claim ratio as per customer norms
3. To initiate activities and uploading and approval ISIR as per customer target.
4. Maintain a good relationship with the customer.
5. Customer-specific requirements compliances.
6. Coordinate with production and quality team to resolve quality issues.
7. TPM Pillar activities on customer concerns
8. Monitoring/ Evaluation of PDI Inspectors skill level.
9. Warranty Analysis – Q VOC – IQI Closings.
10. To ensure the POKE YOKE
