Position – Electromechanics, Design Engineer

Job description
- 2-5 years of experience in electro-mechanical product design
- Excellent skills in concept generation in constrained mechanical systems
Strong analytical skills
- Expertise in Pro-E wildfire/Creo
- Expertise in design of sheet metal and plastic part design
- Knowledge in the Manufacturing of sheet metal & plastic parts
- Good Knowledge of PDM/Intralink
- Good interpersonal skills to manage technical design projects and coordinate with partners.
- Good Communication skills
- Good understanding of Geometrical dimensioning and tolerance.(GD&T)
- Knowledge of PMP/ PEP process
- Knowledge of Final distribution / Low voltage panels is a plus
Qualifications
- Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- Preferred to have 1-2 yrs experience in Final distribution or Low voltage product ( Breakers, Panels) design experience in R & D.
- Should have good experience in FD or LV product design from concept stage, design, making a prototype to testing (lab exp).
- Candidate should have an end-to-end product life cycle -experience in plastic & sheet metal. and this end-to-end product design life cycle includes – Conceptual design, prototyping, testing the product, and market validation.
- The candidate should have good experience in sheet metal and plastic part design, and development.
- Conceptualization, 3D Modelling.
- Candidates should be from product-based companies. has worked on low voltage switchboard design, its verification, validation, and material should be plastic or metal.
