Project Deliverables:
- Understanding the business
- Shadowing Existing Installation Sales team for meeting the customer and value selling of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) via Influencing, Negotiating for AMC Renewal 150+ units
- Compliance of Policies and Procedures
- Successful mitigation of March & April spike in Due Contracts
- Territory wise Analysis of passives, calling to deep dive into the reasons and improvement area
- Creating and Action plan for reduction of passives and Recommend Change in process
Education – B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical
