Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for electrical & Mechanical Shift maintenance related activities.
- Effective Why Why analysis and to ensure Permanent closure of the breakdown.
- Trouble shooting/Maintenance of Blowers and Electric drives(VFD, Servo drives) .
- Maintenance of CNC machines, Electrical furnace,Utility systems etc.
- Closure of breakdowns by permanent measure through effective root cause analysis
- Experience in Siemens PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge on LOCK OUT TAGOUT, OMT, SMAT, Work permit & ensuring 100% compliance on the same.
- Knowledge on Maintenance management system – TBM / CBM / Predictive and preventive maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Problem Solving ability by effective Why Why analysis.
- Good in Breakdown Root cause analysis.
- Should be pro-active, result-oriented and possess good analytical ability and communication skills, to work with teams across
different functions
* Should ready to work in Shifts
