For Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd, we are looking for a Team Lead Continuous Improvement to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible to monitor and improve processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible.

What you will accomplish together with us
- Analyze business processes by using various methods (e.g. gap analysis, PDCA) in order to find opportunities for improvements as well as losses
- Lead projects for improvement across all levels of the organization
- Monitor progress by establishing measurable standards
- Provide mentorship by animating workshops and team trainings, openly sharing technical expertise
- To ensure sustained improvements across the plant through lean transformation.
- 5S sustenance and driving to Model company status.
- Training shop floor and Supervisors on lean concepts and implementing.
- Drive improvement projects and small group activities(QCC/Kaizen)
- Employee engagement events on Monthly basis (5S/Safety/Quality/EHS) internal and External.
- Monitoring local site performance in line with Global KPI dashboard
What will convince us
- Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
- 5 Years of hands on experience in Automotive sector
- Leadership skills, inspiring teams to implement continuous improvement culture
- Hands on experience in concepts like VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Poka-yoke, Lean Concepts , Small Group Activities (QCC, Kaizen), TPM
- 6 Sigma certification – Green Belt, Black belt
- Hands on experience of Statistical tool – Minitab
- Literacy in Kannada
