Job description
The Engineer will be responsible for creating piping in PDMS / E3D software & also layouts for Biopharma Industries.
The Engineer will be responsible for creating piping in PDMS / E3D software & also layouts for Biopharma Industries.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Creation of Catalogue parts in Paragon module
- Creating Layout, Equipment & Piping Design using PDMS/E3D Design Module
- Creating Frames & Structures as per layout using PDMS/E3D Design Module
- Drafting of General Assembly drawing & Isometrics using Drafting Module
- Creating Clash Test Report
- Creation of laser cutting & sheet metal drawings using Autodesk Inventor or AutoCAD
- Generation of piping BOM, Spare gasket list
- Design Module Includes Equipment, Structures, Piping
Software Expertise:
- Design & Drafting Module of PDM Sv 12.1SP5 version. / E3D.
- Design Module Includes:
- Equipment
- Structures
- Piping
Qualifications & Skills:
- BE in Mechanical Engineering with 3-4 years of experience.
- Effective Communication skills in Kannada, English & Hindi.
- Reading & understanding manufacturing drawings.
- Knowledge on Biopharma Industries processes.
- Good team player with work ethics.
- Smart & Creative thinking.
