Job description
For Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd, we are looking for an Engineer – Testing and Qualification to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for factory acceptance test (Installation & Operational Qualification) of the standard systems.
What you will accomplish together with us:
- Installation qualification of Bioprocess systems
- Operational qualification of manual or automated Bioprocess systems
- Input and output checking of control systems
- Testing of process control interlocks and manual operations
- Testing and operations of SCADA/HMI for data recording and audit trials
- Validation of functionalities for overall qualification
- Accompanying customer FATs and SATs
- Collaboration in the ongoing analysis of internal processes and implementation of identified improvement measures in cooperation with production
- Customer approval after completion of FAT/SAT
- Ensure all Testing process are documented with standard procedures
- Participation in the optimization of internal processes to ensure our quality standards
What will convince us:
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience
- Background in B Tech Biotechnology / Mechanical Engineering
