About the Role
As a Trainee-Production, you will be supporting in ensuring products are manufactured with utmost efficient with quality and processed to Finished Goods (FG) after passing through FQC.
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge in Mechanical functioning and Mechanical design,
- Problem-solving Skills during assembly and finding solutions for easy way of assembly to reduce Assembly cycle time.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shall be primarily responsible for Device Assembly.
- Shall be responsible for Assembly.
- Shall be responsible for maintaining Device History Record.
- To achieve the monthly target.
- Training on new Products to the Operator.
- To find and to understand the defects in the assembled product and to solve it, to improve First Part Yield.
- Shall simplify and give ideas in mechanical Parts Assembly to Engineering team for better assembly.
- To Create Validation/Improvement inputs and Test on the Products.
- Shall support for L3 servicing of the Devices.
- To create and share Non-Conformance Material Report (NCMR) for Rejected material.
