Job description
- Attending Motor OD claims Survey as per defined TAT.Ensuring technically accurate assessment of claims.Providing technical opinions / approvals.Ensure quality in the technical assessments.
- Tracking and Rectification of errors in the files.Monitoring the salvage disposal in high value claims.
- Tie up developing good rapport with the tie-up service providers in the Hub.
- Responsible for meeting the claims targets set as per Claim Manager Score card.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ 03 years Technical course after 12th – Auto / Mech. Relevant Work
- 1 to 3 years Preferred Industry Experience Motor Claims Dept / Automobile ( Service / Bodyshop )
- Technical competency Basic Knowledge of Insurance; Basic Computer Knowledge
- Desired Competencies – Communication Skills – Verbal
- Travelling Required Yes
