Position – Claims Manager

Job description

• Attending Motor OD claims Survey as per defined TAT.Ensuring technically accurate assessment of claims.Providing technical opinions / approvals.Ensure quality in the technical assessments.
• Tracking and Rectification of errors in the files.Monitoring the salvage disposal in high value claims.
• Tie up developing good rapport with the tie-up service providers in the Hub.
• Responsible for meeting the claims targets set as per Claim Manager Score card.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ 03 years Technical course after 12th – Auto / Mech. Relevant Work
• 1 to 3 years Preferred Industry Experience Motor Claims Dept / Automobile ( Service / Bodyshop )
• Technical competency Basic Knowledge of Insurance; Basic Computer Knowledge
• Desired Competencies – Communication Skills – Verbal
• Travelling Required Yes
