Job description

Position Summary:  

• AMP Employee (Engineer/Sr. Engineer) at Production Supervisor role, who will Direct report to Production Manager. Need to Handle the operations of Assembly & Winding (ECM Ensite/Endura/EON & Orbit) and also in driving various continuous improvement & RBS activities in Unit-2.

Major Responsibilities:

• Independently Handling the operations in Unit-2 with ensuring the proper utilizations of equipment’s & related matters in order to increase efficiency, ensuring safety, quality & productivity through engagement & mentorship in all the RBS modules.
• Ensure to built a culture of Safety with no harm.
• Ensure the Daily Management Activities with Continuous Improvement.
