Title: Executive/Assistant Manager Manufacturing (MSG Eco-grind Application)
Location: Bangalore
Education & Relevant Experience (in brief):
- Engineering graduate in Mechanical / Industrial Production
- Experience of 2 to 8 years from reputed Machine Tool / Special Purpose Machine (SPM) Companies.
- Exposure to Application Engineering of CNC Tool Grinding Machines
Desired skills and experience:
- Passion to work in a challenging work environment
- Team Player with Positive attitude & Self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills for effectively communicating both internally and with customers
- Hands-on and can-do attitude – high energy, positive, deadline-driven, dependable with an ability to deliver results with aggressive deadlines.
- Should be organized and have strong interpersonal, analytical & perseverance skills
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide Application engineering support during Prove-outs and After-Sales-Support for CNC Tool Grinding machines
- Manage the team of Application engineers.
- Provide the Pre-Sales support to Sales to demonstrate capability of machines
- Ensure smooth Trials during Machine Prove-out.
- Lead and Guide the Application Engineers Team
- Provide Post-Sales Support related to Applications.
- Provide necessary inputs internally to Design Team and other
