Job description
A dynamic person with 2+ years of experience in Industrial Products. The candidate would be expected to understand, create, and draw the Industrial gearbox components and accessories in SolidWorks. Good in reading and developing Casting/Forging models and detailed drawings. The candidate should be resourceful in the absence of missing data and seek/look for avenues to get them. The candidate should be able to meet weekly/monthly delivery targets (Quality>95% and OTD>98%). Good in DFM/DFA. Knowledge of Industrial Gearbox design, DFMEA, Design validation, and Product Improvements, VAVE/MCO will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in creating intricate parts, assemblies, and mechanical drawings in Solidworks.
- Good experience in handling big assemblies(100parts) in SolidWorks
- Experience working in PLM software.
- Good experience in designing Industrial gearbox parts and their accessories.
- Good in GD&T and Tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Good experience in the selection of UNC/NPT/ISO tubes, fittings, and bolts.
- Good in mechanical drawing reading
- Basic understanding of standards (e.g., ISO, DIN. AGMA).
- Good Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to have relevant data and information.
